• Create dashboards and visualizations for operational insights

4.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

7.2 Billing

Our trademarks, including "Cloudproc" and "cloudproc.io," may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from cloudproc.io.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDPROC.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account settings in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
